Breakfast Ring Recipe

Breakfast Ring

There is no arguing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Breakfast food is also my favorite kind of food, so when I came across this breakfast ring idea on Pinterest, of course I was interested.
Now, it took me about a year to finally try the breakfast ring, and my only regret is not making it any sooner.
I shared it online and got very positive feedback. To my surprise, other people had never seen it before. It is basically like, the perfect breakfast so I want to share my experience making it.

What you need:
8 Crescent Rolls
7-8 Slices of cooked bacon
Shredded cheese of choice
4 eggs (scrambled)
**For my eggs, I always add 1/3 cup of milk to make them fluffy. I also added a pinch of salt and a 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper. There a million ways to scramble eggs, so however you choose to cook them is fine. I like my eggs plain and simple.

Step one: Preheat your oven according to crescent roll directions
Step two: Arrange your crescent roll triangles into a circle, make sure they each connect with one
another. I put a jar in the middle to make sure the circle was perfect.
Step 3: Bacon time! You can add whole slice to each triangle, or if you cooked your bacon extra crispy like I did, you can break your bacon up a little so it is easier to roll up.
Step 4. Add a ring of shredded cheese to the bottom of the triangles, all along the circle
Step 5. Add eggs on top of the cheese :)
Step 6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over eggs as desired
Step 7. Carefully fold your triangles, bringing the pointy side to the middle and then tucking it under
the bottom of the ring. Tucking it under will keep it secure while it is in the oven.
Step 8: Bake according to crescent roll directions, or until golden brown.
Step 9: Let cool 5 minutes.
Step 10: Transfer to plate, serve and enjoy.

I hope you love it as much as I do.

Shareable step by step collage :)

I love the breakfast ring when I have friends over. They absolutely love when I make this and my kids do too. It's such an easy, delicious idea. Have you tried making these before? Let me know in the comments.
